Website privacy
1. Who is responsible
Flaw Interactive, [Address], e-mail contact@flawinteractive.com, is responsible for this website (data controller).
2. What we don’t do
- No cookies, and no browser storage used to follow you.
- No analytics, no advertising, no social media buttons and no embedded third-party content.
- No accounts and no forms on this website.
- Fonts, images and scripts come from this website itself: your browser doesn’t contact other companies’ servers when you visit.
3. Technical logs
Like any website, our hosting provider OVH SAS (Roubaix, France) automatically records technical information when a page is requested — IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type — to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. These logs are kept by the host for a limited time [retention period, e.g. up to 30 days] and we don’t use them to identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
4. When you e-mail us
If you write to contact@flawinteractive.com, we use your e-mail address and your message only to answer you. We keep them as long as needed to handle your request, and at most [3 years]. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@flawinteractive.com. You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
6. Changes
If this notice changes (for example if we ever add a contact form), we will update this page and its date.
